Step 3) Eat clean. Can't stress this enough. Eat anything God has made. Don't eat anything man-made. Simple as that. Eat all different varieties and all different colors. Food is information. Because of how our bodies are designed, if the food is not natural, our bodies won't recognize that information. |
Step 2) Use an SBO probiotic. Nothing helped my gut more than fasting and supplementing with a soil-based organisms probiotic. They help improve digestive functionality and nutrient absorption. |
Step 5) Supplement with vitamin B12 injections.
The effectiveness of vitamin B12 injections will increase exponentially if you have completed the other steps. The frequency of injections and amount of vitamin B12 needed will be different for everyone. I discuss this on the 'All About B12' page.
